CEO Calen Ouellette Departs Clark College Foundation

After more than four years of service to Clark College Foundation, CEO Calen Ouellette concluded his time with the Foundation on July 24, 2026, to pursue a new professional opportunity. Calen is now serving as President & CEO of the Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara. We wish him the very best in this new role.

During his tenure, Calen helped lead a period of significant growth for the Foundation. Under his leadership, the organization expanded its fundraising and community engagement efforts, increased support for Clark College students through scholarships and other programs, strengthened its organizational capacity, and developed new strategic partnerships throughout the community.

Calen also helped position the Foundation for its next chapter by strengthening the team, systems, and processes that support our work on behalf of Clark College and its students.

As the Foundation moves forward, Chief Financial Officer Daniel Rogers has taken on additional decision-making responsibilities on an interim basis. A longtime member of the Foundation’s leadership team, Daniel brings a deep understanding of the organization’s operations, finances, strategic priorities, and partnerships.

Throughout this transition, the Foundation’s management team and Board of Directors will work closely to maintain continuity, build on the organization’s momentum, and ensure the Foundation remains well positioned to advance its mission and support Clark College students and programs.

The Board plans to launch a search for the Foundation’s next CEO at a future date, with additional information to be shared as that process begins. In the meantime, the Foundation remains focused on the important work already underway and continuing to strengthen connections among Clark College, our donors, partners, and the broader community.
