Clark couple building a custom hot rod

Clark students and husband-wife team, David and Jessica Hubbard, are building a custom hot rod, called a rat rod, that they will drive 300 miles from St Louis, Mo., to Lebanon, Tenn., in the Redneck Rumble. The pair was one of about 350 entrants chosen to compete in the “Great American Blue Collar Build-Off,” sponsored by Rat Rod Magazine.
