Dining Room Service to End in March

Clark’s Dining Room in Gaiser Hall will close March 13 until further notice.
The restaurant will open again after the curriculum is changed, said Daryl Oest, Culinary Arts instructor and department head. “We are hoping for a complete remodel,” Oest said. “It could take as long as a couple years.”
