Wilma (above, right) and her husband, the late Jim Raines, made a promise to support scholarships that offer Clark College student athletes personalized pathways in their education. Student athletes like Clark softball pitcher Hannah Neff ’17 (above, left) receive access to opportunities they might not otherwise have without donor support.

Clark College Foundation awards $1 million annually in scholarships, awards and financial support to students.
