Judy Lee Norris knew the transformative power of education

The Judy Lee Norris Endowed Scholarship Fund was established by the Norris family in honor of Judy Lee Norris, whose life demonstrated the transformative power of education. Judy, who worked hard to earn her GED® from Clark College later in life, transitioned from labor-intensive factory jobs to a more fulfilling career, becoming a successful entrepreneur. Her perseverance and dedication to learning inspired her family to create this scholarship, which supports students pursuing their GED® or High School+ diploma at Clark College. The fund also helps cover GED® testing fees and offers scholarships for students continuing into trades programs. The scholarship ensures Judy’s legacy lives on, empowering future generations through education.
