Spring

The Penguin Nation Luncheon kicks off Penguin Nation Month, bringing together alumni, donors, community leaders, employees, and friends of Clark College to celebrate achievement, generosity, and impact. Hosted by Clark College Foundation, the event honors alumni accomplishments, shares stories of student success, and highlights the transformative impact of philanthropy on the Clark community.
Through meaningful stories, special recognitions, and shared experiences, the luncheon builds momentum for a month dedicated to engagement, recognition, and giving. Sponsors receive prominent recognition while helping create an experience that celebrates the individuals and investments that make student success possible.
Quarterly

Our quarterly Penguin Huddles bring Clark College alumni together with business and civic leaders from across the region for high-energy networking, professional development, and community-building. Although designed with our alumni network in mind, each event is intentionally open to the broader community, creating a dynamic forum where sponsors can connect with emerging talent, established professionals, and mission-aligned partners in one room.
Biannually

Hosted both on campus and at partner venues throughout Southwest Washington, these interactive sessions create welcoming spaces where industry leaders can meet face-to-face with Clark students and alumni. Each gathering is built around candid conversation: professionals share career journeys, offer practical advice, and open doors to internships, jobs, and lifelong networks.
April

Penguin Nation Month is Clark College Foundation’s signature spring celebration, bringing together students, alumni, donors, employees, and community partners who make Clark College extraordinary. Through inspiring stories, special events, community engagement opportunities, and PenguinsGive, we showcase the impact of philanthropy and the power of education to transform lives.
As the Foundation’s premier spring engagement campaign, Penguin Nation Month connects our community to the mission of Clark College while highlighting the generosity, partnerships, and investments that help students thrive. Sponsors receive meaningful visibility while demonstrating their commitment to educational opportunity and student success.
April

As the culmination of Penguin Nation Month, PenguinsGive is Clark College Foundation’s annual Day of Giving, mobilizing alumni, employees, students, donors, and community supporters to invest in the future of Clark College students.
Through challenge gifts, matching opportunities, and collective generosity, PenguinsGive expands access to education, strengthens student success initiatives, enhances teaching and learning through classroom innovation, and sustains critical resources such as emergency grants, the Penguin Pantry, and the Basic Needs Hub.
Challenge and match sponsors play an essential role in inspiring participation, amplifying impact, and helping students overcome barriers to achieving their educational goals.
Throughout the Year

Beyond our flagship events, Clark College Foundation makes its mark through Penguin Footprints, a series of one-off appearances at events across campus and the broader community. Whether we’re hosting, supporting, or simply showing up with a booth or table, these moments celebrate milestones, foster connection, and keep the Penguin spirit alive. Penguin Footprints offers sponsors a unique opportunity to align with the Clark community and gain visibility among students, alumni, and local audiences—one meaningful step at a time.
